As the Social Media Marketing Manager for Season to Soar, you will take the lead in developing and implementing our social media strategy. Your role is critical in enhancing our brand, building strong online communities, and ensuring that our message reaches those who need it most. This unpaid, volunteer position allows you to use your skills to make a significant impact on the lives of underserved youth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the organization's social media strategy to effectively reach our target audience.

• Enhance our brand presence and create strong online communities across various social media platforms.

• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely postings.

• Contribute to content development and posting on our social media channels.

• Collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

• Collaborate with other committees to provide a holistic view of the impact Season to Soar programs have on underserved communities.

• Edit videos and images as needed.

• Create new strategies for market development, data analysis, and consultation with internal and external sources.

• Monitor social media metrics to optimize future performance.

Time Commitment:

Estimated commitment of 3 hours per week entailing:

• 3 hours of social media related projects and tasks outside of meetings per week

• 1 hour of meetings per week

Qualifications:

• Passion for Season to Soar's mission and commitment to making a difference in underserved communities.

• Experience serving in a Social Media Manager or related role.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
