If you’re someone who’s reliable, self-directed, and a little obsessed with keeping things organized... this might be your kind of role.
You’ll work directly with the Executive Director and in close collaboration with our Operations Manager to help manage the internal flow of dogs through our rescue programs. From tracking progress, routing submissions to ensuring updates are visible and accurate across our internal systems.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves dogs, knows how to keep collaborative projects moving, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a high-trust, behind-the-scenes capacity. You don’t need nonprofit experience, but you do need sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to think like a systems person.

- Join biweekly virtual leadership calls
You’ll Help With

- Know how to move information smoothly across people and systems
- Understand when to escalate and when to follow through
