Solace House is a nonprofit organization that provides free mental health counseling and suicide prevention services to individuals and families in crisis. Our mission is to ensure that no one has to face emotional pain, grief, or suicidal thoughts alone. We believe in removing financial and systemic barriers to care, offering compassionate, professional support at no cost to those who need it most.

Description

Solace House was founded to provide a safe, welcoming space for individuals and families struggling with mental health challenges-especially those who may not otherwise have access to care. We offer free, one-on-one counseling, suicide prevention services, and emotional support from licensed mental health professionals, both virtually and in person.

Our goal is to remove all barriers-financial, cultural, or emotional-that prevent people from seeking help. Every year, we support hundreds of people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. We are committed to ensuring that compassionate, expert care is available to anyone who needs it, without judgment and without cost.

As demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our programs, strengthening our infrastructure, and building a donor base to sustain and scale our impact. Volunteers play a critical role in helping us fulfill our mission and extend hope to more individuals and families in crisis.
