Requirements:

• Location: Can be anywhere in the DMV (DC, Maryland or northern Virginia) area. Preferably with reliable transportation.
• ⁠⁠Age: 18+

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for upcoming launches (curriculum, bilingual boxes, digital content)
• Collaborate with content creators and outreach team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
• Support email campaigns, social media promotions, and website content
• Conduct basic competitor/market research to inform marketing tactics
• Help design or coordinate visuals for marketing materials (in Canva or similar tools)
• Track engagement and effectiveness of campaigns to recommend improvements
• Identify potential partner organizations, influencers, or community spaces for cross-promotion
