Description
We are looking for a volunteer who can help us do research on methods to grow a small 501(c)(3) animal rescue. We are interested in learning more about what the best practices surrounding grants, cooperate sponsorships, and other forms of fundraising are. We are also looking for some estimates of the value/ rate of return on pursuing such opportunities.
Project Roadmap Step 1Schedule a call with the Non-Profit Organization (NPO) / Charity and understand the requirements and scope of this project. Prepare a project plan with the details on the key milestones and the timeline for the project.
Step 2Gather the requirements on the specifics of the information that needs to be researched.
Step 3Search the internet through various means and collate the data required.
Step 4Submit the research report to the NPO/Charity.
Deliverables A report on best practices and projected ROIs of various fundraising strategies. ImpactA detailed research report on the topic will be a great source of information for us to gain insights and use the source effectively for our further work in this area.
The volunteer gets an opportunity to enhance their internet research skills. They gain experience in finding authentic information from the internet, using the right keywords to search, finding information sources through social media, through paper publications, searching through bibliographies, and many more effective ways to track and pull out information from the internet.
This project could be the difference between growth and stagnation for our organization. It will also help maximize the efficiency of future fundraising efforts.

Description
Peter Zippi Memorial Fund is an organization committed to making a difference in the lives of animals. We were founded in memory of Peter Zippi, a beloved animal lover who had a profound impact on the community. Established in 1977, our organization began with a small group of passionate individuals dedicated to honoring Peter's memory and his unwavering love for animals.
At Peter Zippi Memorial Fund we focus on the rescue and rehabilitation of abandoned and homeless cats in addition to providing financial assistance through monthly spay-neuter events and our spay-neuter voucher program. We strive to reduce the stray cat population by promoting responsible pet ownership, and advocating for affordable veterinary services including spay-neuter surgeries.
Over the years, our collective efforts have led to numerous heartwarming success stories. Through tireless dedication and the support of our community, we have rescued and rehomed thousands of cats in addition to facilitating free or more affordable spay-neuter surgeries for thousands of companion animals (mostly cats and dogs). This would not have been possible without the generosity and support of our supporters. Contributions, whether through donations, volunteer work, or advocacy, have been instrumental in bringing about positive change in the lives of animals.
