Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.

Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

Our mission is to teach SEL at every school in the country. It is a tough challenge, but we know "No Challenge, No Change." Key Responsibilities: As an intern in the IT Administration department, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Striven Helpdesk:

  • Assisting members of the organization with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing timely solutions.
  • Responding to user inquiries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Documenting and tracking technical support requests, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.

2. Assets :

  • Managing user access to software applications by granting and removing permissions based on organizational needs.
  • Collaborating with different teams to understand access requirements and implementing changes accordingly.
  • Working closely with Google services, such as Google Advertisements and Analytics, to support marketing and analytical efforts.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of software licenses and ensuring compliance with usage terms.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, networking, and software applications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Expected to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week to the internship.
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain a reliable internet connection.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
