We keep communication simple.

• You’ll be added to a private Signal thread with the Gloria team and your guest, so you can coordinate arrival or ask questions-without ever sharing your personal contact info.

• All hosts are covered by up to $1,000 in host support coverage in case anything goes wrong. If a guest or host ever needs to change plans, we’ll step in to secure alternative lodging.
