We need positive people to capture the day from setup to breakdown and everything in-between of the impact! Calling all Videographers and Photographer

Artportunity Knocks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through the arts, education, community service, and bridging cultures, is pleased to announce its co-hosting role in the upcoming Back to School Cobb event with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office. The event will take place on July 26, 2025, at J.R. Miller Park in Marietta, GA, from 10 am to 1 pm. An estimated 7,000 students, families and educators are expected to participate.

Back to School Cobb aims to provide families and educators with a supportive and festive atmosphere as they prepare for the upcoming school year. This year, the event features a variety of activities for youth and families, school supplies for students and teachers, and resources for parents.

WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS to serve in the following roles for our event:

• Event Registration
• Event Monitors
• Face Painters
• Concession Stand Attendants
• Activity Facilitators
• Attendants for inflatables
• Setup and Breakdown Crew
• and more...

Volunteers depending on task should arrive by 9:00 am and be prepared to stay for the full day of fun until 1:00 pm! Artportunity Knocks Volunteer access badges will be distributed on-site to you as well. Volunteer hours will be logged by check-in AND check-out times. Refreshments may be available.
