Please note that this role does not fulfill court-mandated community service hours.
Role Overview:
T ake the driver’s seat and help deliver hope. As a Blood Transportation Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in transporting lifesaving blood products from Red Cross distribution centers to hospitals. You’ll use a Red Cross vehicle, and while the training is free, the difference you make is priceless.
Position Qualifications:
Commit to 2-4 shifts per month (shift availability varies by location).
Hold a valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Have at least three years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
Be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
