Flourish is a nonprofit furniture bank that provides free furnishings to families overcoming housing insecurity. By collecting, repairing, and distributing donations, families can come to Flourish and pick out everything they need for their new homes - at no cost to them.
Help us out by assisting in the warehouse with various activities, including moving inventory from one part of the warehouse to another, assisting our furniture cleaning team with inventory rotation, accepting incoming donations, and more.
Must be able to move/lift furniture, push carts, and work in a warehouse environment.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm
Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm

Description
Flourish Furniture Bank is the only furniture bank in Kansas City, providing whole-home furnishings to families and individuals across nine counties. Flourish operates a 28,000 square foot furniture warehouse and showroom in Grandview, Missouri. We collect unneeded furniture and household goods from businesses and residences, then upcycle those items into resources for our neighbors. Through a personalized and supportive shopping experience, we empower clients to select their own furnishings based on their needs and preferences, free of charge.
