We have numerous FT and PT hybrid roles available. You will be working with this registered 501c3 Nonprofit organization located in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking to build a team of Community Outreach & Engagement Interns, Marketing & Social Media Interns, Fundraising & Development Interns, and Program Administration Interns at LOVE YOUR TEXTURE. The Community Outreach and Engagement Intern will be responsible for engaging with the community, managing outreach programs, providing exceptional customer service, and handling community management activities online and on-site.

Qualifications:

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities

• Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Knowledge of social media platforms and online community-building

• Market Research and Sales skills helpful

• Marketing Strategy skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Previous marketing or sales experience is a plus

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Pursuing a degree in Nonprofit sector, Social Work, or related field

• Team Player, problem solving skills, follow-through are necessary

Previous experience in non-profit organizations is a plus but not required.

This Internship was created to be flexible, fun, and engaging. We require a minimum of 5-10 hours per week. That means that you can still focus on your studies. We are Hands-on and offer tons of experience and coaching in a short amount of time. We will collaborate as a team using a variety of tools to streamline our processes and stay connected.
