Delta Rising Foundation is seeking a licensed nonprofit tax attorney for a one-time volunteer opportunity. We need brief legal guidance on a few specific 501(c)(3) compliance and tax-related questions.
What We’re Looking For:
- U.S.-licensed attorney with experience in nonprofit/tax-exempt law
- Familiar with 501(c)(3) compliance, charitable contributions, and IRS regulations
- Willing to offer brief advisory support for a small number of discrete questions
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain legal guidance simply
