Overview:
Visionary Solutions of Virginia is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to support our Executive Assistant and Executive Director in streamlining volunteer onboarding and lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for individuals with basic experience in administration, HR, or project coordination who are passionate about organizational development and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding, offer letters, and portfolio documentation

• Draft, proof, and post job descriptions; forward applicants to the Board

• Maintain volunteer records and communication workflows

• Act as the first point of contact for volunteers

• Support volunteer scheduling and retention efforts and organize training

• Contribute to process improvements and resource templates

• Optional: Support web development documentation (if skilled)

Qualifications:

• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills

• Basic experience in admin, HR, or volunteer management

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive

• Comfortable with digital tools and remote communication
