A mentor with Beauty 4 Ashez is more than just a volunteer-they are a consistent, caring presence in a girl's life. Our mentors serve as positive role models, trusted guides, and supportive big sisters who walk alongside our girls through every high and low.
Mentors commit to showing up with love, patience, and authenticity. Whether it's helping with life skills, offering words of encouragement, celebrating small wins, or just being someone who listens without judgment-our mentors help our girls see their worth and believe in their potential.
We’re looking for mentors who are dependable, understanding, and passionate about pouring into the next generation. You don’t have to have it all figured out-you just have to care and be willing to show up.

We are committed to creating a supportive community where every girl feels seen, valued, and inspired to rise from the ashes and walk boldly in her beauty and purpose.
Description
Beauty 4 Ashez is a grassroots, girl-centered organization founded in 2022 with a heart for empowering young girls, especially those impacted by foster care. Our mission is to provide mentorship, confidence-building experiences, and life skills programming that support personal growth, emotional healing, and a strong sense of self-worth.
Through monthly meetups, enrichment activities, community service projects, and events like "Pajamas & Gingerbread," "Curvy for a Cause," and "Bibles & Boards," we create safe, joyful, and affirming spaces where girls can connect, heal, and thrive. We focus on real conversations, creative expression, and intentional mentoring relationships that help girls rise above life’s challenges and walk confidently in their purpose.
Our work is rooted in love, community, and the belief that beauty can rise from any circumstance-ashes and all.
