ORGANIZATION: Community Action Marin



Propsito:

Un Recepcionista de Centro de Nios se unir a un centro de nios de Community Action Marin para fortalecer los servicios en el sitio y en persona a las familias y los nios que servimos. Se espera que la recepcionista interacte con los miembros de la comunidad y los clientes y maneje ciertas funciones administrativas segn sea necesario.

Responsabilidades y obligaciones:

Dar la bienvenida y saludar a los visitantes de forma educada y amable.

Mantener la recepcin y otras zonas comunes del centro de acuerdo con las directrices locales, estatales, federales y de distanciamiento social de la Agencia y desinfectar peridicamente las superficies de alto contacto.

Ayudar a los padres y a los nios con preguntas e informacin sobre el centro y la Agencia en general.

Responder a las llamadas telefnicas y dirigir a las personas que llaman segn sea necesario para responder a sus preguntas.

Apoyar al Director del centro y al personal docente con asistencia administrativa cuando sea necesario.

Recibir formacin para dirigir a los clientes a otros servicios de la Agencia, segn sea necesario.

Tratar a los clientes de forma educada, amable e inclusiva.

Demostrar una actitud positiva y aceptar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo.

Comunicarse adecuadamente con el personal de la Agencia.

Respetar las normas de privacidad y confidencialidad, los protocolos de salud y seguridad y el cdigo tico de la Agencia.

Comunicarse con las personas de manera respetuosa y con un enfoque receptivo a las diferentes creencias y prcticas, orientaciones sexuales, discapacidades, identidades de gnero, edades, preferencias culturales, necesidades lingsticas y otros estados y estados federales protegidos.

Compromiso de tiempo:

De lunes a viernes de 7:30 a 17:00

Habilidades y cualificaciones requeridas:

Experiencia deseada en atencin al cliente.

Capacidad para seguir instrucciones.

Adaptarse bien a un entorno dinmico que cambia rpidamente y trabajar eficazmente en equipo.

Disposicin para ofrecer un entorno agradable y acogedor.

Capacidad para relacionarse con el pblico de forma emptica y culturalmente responsable.

Conocimientos tcnicos bsicos de Microsoft Office.

Organizado, creativo y detallista.

Habilidades de comunicacin verbal.

Demostrar una actitud positiva y dar la bienvenida a un entorno de trabajo colaborativo.

Muy deseable bilinge en espaol e ingls. Se valorar la posibilidad de hablar slo espaol o ingls.

Se requiere autorizacin de antecedentes dactilares y vacunas.

Proporciona servicios a nios pequeos de 2 a 3 aos, nios en edad preescolar de 3 a 5 aos y cuidado despus de la escuela a los grados TK-3rd
