The CAAIRE organization invites you to join us in making a difference! CAAIRE is excited to host a Personal Development and Leadership Workshop at the Smith Center. We greatly appreciate enthusiastic volunteers who can assist in managing our table and engaging with youth.
Volunteers will support by setting up materials and handing out supplies as students learn practical tips like handwashing, face care, and using deodorant. In the Leadership portion, volunteers will engage more directly with students as they explore core leadership skills such as communication, responsibility, and leading by example.

That youth involved in sports and the arts will utilize their athletic and artistic abilities, in conjunction with academic, life, and career skills developed through CAAIRE, to create opportunities that reduce academic and financial barriers to receiving an education.
Description
Through collaboration with volunteers and the local community, CAAIRE is able to enrich the lives of Central Florida adolescents by supporting every student’s multidimensional needs, transforming youth through personal development, recreational, and wellness programs, and encouraging students to pursue higher education and lead productive adulthoods.
