As a Hotline volunteer, you will answer the phones in-person at our call center to provide resources, referrals, advocacy, support and crisis intervention to callers 24/7. It is strongly preferred that our Hotline volunteers are Bilingual and speak fluent English and Spanish, but this is not a requirement. Volunteers who complete our training commit to a minimum of 6 months of serving with us. Committed volunteers serve a minimum of at least two shifts per month - 4 hours long each.
