Together4Change of NC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring hope and building a movement to transform the lives of individuals and families who have experienced sexual abuse, assault, domestic violence, or other traumatic events. Our mission is to empower survivors to embark on a journey of healing by providing compassionate support, therapeutic resources, and a safe, nurturing community. Through advocacy, education, and holistic services, we aim to foster resilience, restoration, and lasting change.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers to join our team. These are unpaid, remote volunteer-based roles designed for individuals who believe in our mission and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of trauma survivors. Your time, skills, and heart can help us create a powerful ripple of healing across North Carolina-and beyond.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a strategic social media calendar that aligns with organizational goals

· Create, schedule, and publish compelling content including graphics, videos, and survivor stories across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

· Monitor platform activity, respond to messages and comments, and foster online engagement

· Track analytics and engagement metrics to refine content strategy

· Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to promote events, fundraisers, and advocacy efforts

Qualifications:

· Experience managing social media for a brand or nonprofit

· Excellent writing and editing skills

· Familiarity with Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools

· Ability to convey empathy and strength through storytelling

· Passion for trauma recovery and community healing
