We are looking for an International Training Design & Development Volunteer!
This position supports the WDE department's Learning and Development team in creating, facilitating, evaluating, and supporting the delivery of web-based and instructor-led training. Additionally, the position will play a key role in developing Learning and Development courses, integrating AI tools, video content creation, and other innovative technologies to enhance the SAF/ISD learning experience.
The role may also focus on designing and supporting interactive learning modules, online facilitation, and mentorship programs to strengthen staff and volunteer development across the organization.
The time commitment is 5-10 hours per week.
Qualifications include experience in designing, developing, and delivering web-based and instructor-led training programs, demonstrated ability to create Learning and Development content tailored to staff and volunteer audiences, integrating AI tools, video production, and digital technologies into training and educational content, experience supporting or managing mentorship programs and professional development initiatives, submission of a resume and willingness to comply with current public health and American Red Cross policies.
