Description:
Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional with experience in Monday.com or similar project management platforms? Build Up SC is looking for a dedicated volunteer to help us streamline operations, improve task tracking, and keep our growing team aligned.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain Monday.com boards and workflows for various teams

  • Provide team members with onboarding or training on Monday.com tools

  • Help organize project timelines, tasks, and deliverables

  • Identify ways to improve efficiency using project management best practices

  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure updates and tracking are consistent

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Monday.com (or comparable tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and support a remote team

  • Experience with nonprofits is a plus but not required

Our organization is always engaging with schools in South Carolina to promote a thriving economy by empowering and educating our youth on their life options. We offer a mentorship program with a mission to create authentic relationships and shared experiences focused on life skills development, adulthood preparation, professional preparedness, and social etiquette; key essentials that are not taught within a classroom.

Our vision is to see our youth & young adults achieve successful careers or entrepreneurship by empowering them with educational and vocational resources and life-skills to become self sufficient adults. The goal is to show young adults they do not have to succumb any life adversities. We will positively impact young adults by providing educational resources, and build their self- esteem and character.
