Description
A priviate, nonprofit animal welfare organization providing services to both the animals and the people of this community since 1868 - animal placement, behavior counseling, spay/neuter assistance, pet food for low income families, humane education, animal abuse investigation and rescue, volunteer opportunities, and so much more.

REQUIREMENTS
- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
- Must be at least 12
- Volunteer shift times vary throughout the day. Each shift is typically 2-3 hours in length.
- All youth must be 12 years of age or older to volunteer. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while volunteering.
