XFYD is hosting enrichment activities with ABCUSD Migrant Ed this summer. Volunteer over this summer by bringing science enrichment activities to youth across multiple title 1 elementary schools!
We will be hosting at Niemes Elementary, Hawaiian Elementary, and Aloha Elementary School. This will be 7/14, 7/16, 7/18, 7/21, 7/23, and 7/25 from 10AM-12PM in shifts.
Additionally, we will be hosting classes at Holy Artesia Church and Concordia Lutheran Church as well. Thank you for the support.
A little more about XFYD:
We are thrilled to announce a range of exciting summer volunteer opportunities with XFYD. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help teach elementary school students in various programs, including STEM, art, chess, and more.
Volunteering with XFYD allows you to make a significant difference in young students' lives, inspiring their growth and love for learning. You'll gain valuable teaching and mentoring experience while enjoying flexible hours that fit your schedule.
We have various opportunities available, such as engaging students in science, technology, engineering, and math projects, leading creative sessions in drawing, painting, and crafting, and teaching strategic thinking through chess. There are also many other enriching activities to choose from.

XFYD offers student volunteer opportunities, where volunteers collaborate with one another to provide back to their community, by planning events and classes that are available to all. Through these classes and events, we share our knowledge with our community as well as fundraise for those in need. As a form of cultural appreciation and celebration, we also share the different customs of our community through our social media channels.
