Mifadelo Health Care was founded to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals through compassionate, community-based care. Starting as a grassroots initiative, we’ve grown into a trusted organisation committed to supporting the elderly, those with disabilities, and underrepresented groups across our communities.

Our goal is to provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and inclusion. We aim to reduce loneliness, break down barriers to care, and empower both service users and volunteers through meaningful engagement.

Our core programs include in-home care assistance, befriending and companionship services, volunteer training, health education, and outreach projects that connect people to essential services. We’re also active in advocacy, working to ensure equal access and support for all.

Over the years, we’ve supported hundreds of individuals, built a strong volunteer network, and earned recognition for our culturally inclusive approach to care. At Mifadelo Care, every volunteer plays a vital role - and every act of kindness helps build a stronger, more connected community
