Northern Virginia Food Rescue is seeking a dynamic and results-driven development volunteer to support the organization’s fundraising strategies. This individual will work collaboratively with the Executive Director and board of directors to build relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring the financial sustainability of NVFR’s mission to reduce food insecurity and food waste in our community
The ideal volunteer will have a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, donor cultivation, and strategic development, with a passion for advancing NOVA-FR's vision and programs.
Northern Virginia Food Rescue’s Mission: NOVA-FR is an innovative network of donor, volunteer, and distribution partners improving food resiliency and accessibility in our Northern Virginia community.
Can be remote or in person-depending on the volunteer's preference.
