The event coordinating team members will be the life line our annual events ( Ancestral Dream Weekend,Back-to-School Giveaway,Charity Basketball Game,etc). This team will work to help insure that these event continue to evolve & flow seamlessly for the members, & participating families.
The group will also work with the donor/Finance Team, & social media team to secure the success of each event. Our annual.events are held in March, May,July, & December. Pur annual undraising events typically happen in late December/early January & April.
Responsiblities will include:
Planning annual events ( finding locations, volunteers ( speakers,photographers,referees,etc)
Working with Founder & team to secure promotionsl items,etc
Volunteers needed in both Metro Atlanta area, & Albany, Ga areas.
