As an ops researcher you’ll field requests for authoritative information on weird and wonderful subjects. How does someone whose government won’t give them a passport travel? We hear a rumor that if you agree to work in the far north of Canada you can get a work visa easily. True? How many people seek asylum in Japan each year, and where are they coming from? What advice should we be giving Americans about passport renewal now?
We help people in some of the most unusual situations on earth. With it comes untangling baffling mysteries.

Fun: Turn your PhD in medieval history to helping save lives.
