We’re forming a Youth Advisory Board - a group of passionate teens who want to make a real impact in our youth ministry and community outreach. This is your chance to help shape activities, share your ideas, and guide the direction of programs designed for teens like you.

What you’ll do:

• Meet regularly with staff and other youth members to discuss program ideas and improvements

• Provide feedback on events, groups, and outreach efforts from a youth perspective

• Help plan and promote activities that interest and engage young people

• Serve as a bridge between youth in the community and our organization

• Develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills in a supportive environment

Who we’re looking for:

• Youth aged 13-18 who are passionate about making a difference

• Good communicators who can share their thoughts and listen to others

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to commit to regular meetings

• Excited to represent their peers and bring new ideas to life
