We have a need to offer a volunteer(s) to lead an exercise class for seniors. Most will be in chairs, we need no impact exercise activities and fun music that they older people can just get some movements in. If that would be something you could enjoy doing, let me me know. I hour 2x a weekk or 2 people to do 1 hour a week. Must be able to commit to a regular time and day, but it would be an amazingly fun time for all.

Description
Providing care and comfort to patients. Opportunities include direct patient visitation and administrative support. We provide feedback to schools for volunteer credit. We provide internships for those in nursing and social work. Travel will be limited, with the exception of internships, which may be only to visit different sites. Our goal is to provide companionship as well as socialization to those who express desire to have a volunteer visit. Our scope of activities may be limitless, we help with light housekeeping, running errands, helping with activities, quiet time to reflect and hear life experiences.
