Description

Volunteers at Entera Hospice play a vital role in this mission by providing companionship and support to patients and their families . They undergo comprehensive training, including initial and annual sessions, and background checks, to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

In their capacity, hospice volunteers offer various forms of assistance, providing respite for family caregivers, and offering emotional support and companionship. Their contributions are integral to the hospice care team, helping to ensure that patients receive compassionate and comprehensive care during their end-of-life journey.
