Recruiting Organization: Catholic Charities in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe
We're looking for volunteers ages 16+ interested in leading some activities or teaching some classes in various arts/crafts, computer skills/digital literacy, STEM, writing, ESL, sports, yoga, nutrition, or anything else you'd like to offer. There are a mix of sessions working with whole families, parents, children/youth in various age groups (preschool, K-5, 6-12, all ages, etc.). Summer camp runs from June 24th - July 25th on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10am - 3pm. Whether you can only do one day or several days for one hour or a few hours, we will work with your schedule! We will also work with you to see what group you'd like to teach (whole families, parents, or youth in any particular age group).

Catholic Charities' Center for Refugee Support's family summer camp for resettled refugee families in Albuquerque offers a variety of interactive educational lessons and activities for both parents and youth of all ages. Classes/activities include ESL for adults and kids, reading/literacy for young children, arts and crafts, computer classes for adults and teens, financial literacy, nature classes, gardening, wellness classes (mental health, yoga, tennis, healthy living for brain and body, and sports activities), videography, etc.
