The Immigration Institute of the Bay Area is looking for volunteers to help in our Napa Office. We're looking for organized and punctual volunteers to help us with the business that keeps our organization running smoothly. An example of duties for this volunteer opportunity are:
- Greeting clients
- Answering phones, or returning voicemails
- Sorting mail, and uploading documents to the cloud
- Closing out client cases in Cerenade database
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- We train, no experience required!

With 7 offices across 6 Bay Area counties, IIBA reaches 10,000 people a year with immigration legal services, citizenship preparation classes, workshops and information sessions. Founded in 1918, IIBA celebrates over 100 years of serving diverse immigrant communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
