Volunteer Opportunity: Database Monitor

Help keep our feline friends’ records up-to-date and ensure smooth communication for their transitions!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & Update Database - Maintain accurate records of cat movements between fosters and catteries.
  • Petfinder Inquiries - Respond to adoption inquiries promptly (daily updates required).
  • Status Emails - Send timely updates on cat placements to fosters and partners.
  • Tech Skills- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets preferred for efficient data tracking.

Description

As an all-volunteer, no-kill, non-profit rescue located in the Eugene/Springfield area of Oregon, Cat Rescue & Adoption Network relies on volunteers to further our mission. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network (CRAN) began as West Coast Dog and Cat Rescue in 2006.

  • We have rescued over 7,000 cats finding them perfect, loving homes.
  • We work to trap-neuter-return (TNR) cats; we work with multiple other non-profit organizations to save cats and kitties and facilitate adoptions.
  • We have cats in several partner locations across the Eugene and Springfield area.
