Unique Hospice is excited to offer several opportunities for kind and compassionate volunteers who truly enjoy working within the senior community. The vision for our agency's volunteer department is to build a culture of volunteerism that permeates the entire company.
Volunteer opportunities range from:
*Simple activities like watching a movie with a patient
*Helping tidy up a patient's home in the areas they can no longer handle
*Assisting our administrative team in office
*Volunteer program recruitment
Volunteers provide:
-Socialization visit
-Reads a book to a patient
-Active listening
-Grocery shopping for our patient
-Clerical office work
-Aroma therapy
-Music therapy
Our services are provided to patients wherever they consider their home. The opportunity is based within the San Gabriel Valley. Volunteers are integral to the offering of patient's quality of life. Come and join an agency that is truly providing care from the heart.
