You’ll be one of four team members working directly with Lorelei to:

You’ll be one of four team members working directly with Lorelei to:

• Document step-by-step instructions for core VA tasks
  
  

• Turn recorded video demos into easy-to-read SOPs
  
  

• Use beginner-friendly language that ANY volunteer can follow
  
  

• Interview other VAs or Lorelei to "extract the process"
  
  

• Save everything in the SOP Google Drive Folder
  
  

• Help build a Master SOP Index organized by topic and task type
  
  

Areas You’ll Be Covering (We’ll Match You by Strength):

1. Creative - Canva templates, Reels, branding posts
   
   

2. Platform Use - Posting in The Lorelei Project SaaS, scheduling, tagging
   
   

3. Organization - File systems, naming rules, folder flow
   
   

4. Admin Tasks - Gmail, newsletters, team check-ins, Planner how-tos
   
   

You’re Perfect for This If You...

• Love turning messy tasks into simple steps
  
  

• Can write clearly and follow formatting rules
  
  

• Have experience using Google Docs, Gmail, Canva, or social platforms
  
  

• Ask helpful questions before guessing
  
  

• Enjoy building systems that help people feel safe, supported, and empowered
  
  

Time Commitment:

• 10 hours per week between 9 am-9pm EST
  
  

• For 20 weeks
  
  

• Flexible working hours as long as you check in with Lorelei and meet milestones
  
  

• Weekly updates posted in Teams + occasional live feedback
