This is an on-site contract role for a Tennis Coach or Tennis Volunteer located in Hacienda Heights, CA. The Tennis Coach will be responsible for providing tennis instruction, developing training programs, and assisting with player development. Daily tasks include conducting practice sessions, offering one-on-one and group lessons, and ensuring proper technique and safety. Additionally, the coach will engage with students to provide support and encouragement and will be involved in organizing and managing events and activities.
Tennis volunteer will assist the Coach and receive valuable coaching experience and learn how to be a great tennis coach.
Qualifications
- Tennis Instruction and Tennis skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Training and player development
- Ability to work well with children and adults of diverse backgrounds
- Relevant certifications or credentials in tennis coaching are a plus
- First aid and CPR certification is beneficial

Founded in 2010 as a private tennis academy, Love Set Match transitioned to a non-profit National Tennis and Learning organization in 2019. We expanded to serve the community. We offer free tennis instruction, S.T.E.M education, health, and fitness services throughout LA County.
Description
LoveSetMatch is a 501 (c) (3) Charitable Organization. Established in 2010 as a successful private tennis academy, the organization transformed into a NJTL Not-for-Profit community-based charity providing affordable tennis instruction, education, health, and fitness services to the community. Thanks to funding and support from the US Tennis Association (USTA) and the Southern California Tennis Association (SCTA) and of course your support we are able to fulfill our mission!
Our Mission is to train unsupported kids & adults into healthy individuals thru Tennis, Fitness, & Education. Our program includes S.T.E.M based tennis and racquet sport education for youth and adults with our ultimate goal of Free Tennis Lessons for All. Our programming includes morning and evening lessons on weekdays and weekends, a summer camp program and partnership with LA County sports initiatives such as Parks After Dark.
