Treedom for Palestine is planting olive trees-and hope-across the West Bank. Our mission depends on a strong digital presence that reflects the clarity, impact, and integrity of our work. We’re looking for aweb designer/developer with WordPress experience to help keep our website fresh, functional, and engaging.
- Maintain and update our current WordPress website
- Ensure pages are accessible, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate
- Troubleshoot backend issues and plugin conflicts
- Help improve the overall look and feel to better tell our story
- Implement small improvements as needed (new forms, donation flows, layout tweaks)
We are looking for someone who is
- Proficient in WordPress (themes, plugins, and basic backend)
- Has a good eye for design and basic knowledge of UX best practices
- Comfortable with light HTML/CSS (not required, but helpful)
- Organized, responsive, and excited to use your skills for good
Time Commitment:
Flexible and remote. Estimated 1-2 hours/week, depending on your availability.

Treedom for Palestine cultivates prosperity for vulnerable Palestinian farmers by planting sustainable "Freedom Farms" across the West Bank.
Description
Treedom's core initiative, "Freedom Farms," involves planting olive tree farms across the West Bank to foster economic independence, food security, and gender equality. Each farm comprises 250 olive trees, providing farmers and their communities with a sustainable source of income while promoting environmental stewardship. Half our farms are planted for female farmers.
