ORGANIZATION: MOTHERS IN CONSTRUCTION

Fundraising and Sponsorship-Develop and lead fundraising strategies. Manage donor relations and secure grants.

Research-Assist in research and data collection, which will support M.I.C. initiatives.

Marketing , Communications, and Social Media-Manage public relations , branding, and community outreach. Promote M.I.C. and establish partnerships that align with the mission. Social media: Create content for social media and digital platforms.

Regional Ambassadors-Serve as champions for mothers in construction in your area through disseminating information, resource sharing, mentorship, or sponsorship. Volunteer services to support M.I.C. initiatives locally.

Volunteer Coordinators-Recruit, train, and manage volunteers in support of M.I.C.'s mission.

Finance - Manage budget, accounting, and record keeping.

Administration and Compliance-Develop and maintain policies and compliance.

Operations - Coordinate with the executive director and board members.

Mothers In Construction is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to providing resources and advocacy for mothers in the construction industry. Our mission is to improve the retention of women in construction by supporting them through key life transitions.
