Join our team as a Learning Experience Designer!
This role is about building simple, high-impact, story-driven learning that helps people see differently and act more boldly. You'll turn complex topics into bite-sized, engaging experiences that inspire confidence, clarity, and action.
Responsibilities includes design microlearning modules, worksheets, and toolkits across multiple skill areas using tools like Canva, 7Taps, and AI co-pilots, translate strategic concepts, frameworks, and reflection tools into training that is highly practical and human-centered, and support the buildout of a task book and digital learning paths tied to a mastery-based learning system.
This role is 5-10 hours per week and qualifications include 3+ years experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related fields, skilled with tools like Canva, 7Taps, Google Workspace, and basic AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot), submission of a resume and willingness to comply with current public health and American Red Cross policies.
