Allies for Every Child seeks volunteers passionate about the arts, crafting, community service, and providing opportunities for children and youth in Los Angeles to thrive and feel supported. Volunteers will help at our annual Children's Arts Festival and make this event more magical and enriching for attendees.
This beloved celebration of art, community, and connectedness brings together families from all over Los Angeles for a day of fun, creativity, and access to early childhood and community resources in one convenient hub. Arts Festival is free and open to all, with a special focus on serving our families and youth engaged in Allies’ high-quality programs and services.
Volunteers will assist:
- Set-up and takedown
- Decorations
- Leading arts and craft stations
- Food service
- Registration
- Traffic control
- Assisting with giveaways and raffle

Mission Statement
Allies for Every Child works to ensure that every child has a safe and nurturing environment and the support necessary to grow, learn and thrive. Allies supports under-served, vulnerable children and their families in southwest Los Angeles County by providing a full range of crucial, multidisciplinary services, including child development (early care and education and special needs) and child welfare (foster care and adoption, family support, family preservation, infant and family mental health, health consultation and referrals).

Allies for Every Child has a variety of volunteer opportunities to fit your interests. See below for a sampling: - Classroom Helpers in our preschool and toddler classrooms - Administrative projects, filling, data entry, etc; - Weekend events, large and small - Holiday gift wrapping - Toy drives - Childcare during several parenting classes and meetings - Help maintaining our organic children learning garden - The list goes on!
