Mentor A Promise (MAP) is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Strategic Partnership Planner to support and expand our network of community and organizational partnerships. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for existing partners and seek new collaboration opportunities. You will identify shared initiatives that enhance impact and strengthen future funding potential, playing a vital role in building bridges between programs and identifying new opportunities aligned with our mission to support youth and communities through education.

- Maintain strong communication with existing partners, ensuring continued engagement and mutual value.

- Research and initiate new partnership opportunities aligned with MAP’s goals.

- Schedule and coordinate collaborative events, joint fundraising efforts, and community meetups.

- Explore and document program gaps and community needs that could lead to new initiatives.

- Work closely with the grants team to identify collaborative opportunities for grant applications

- Represent MAP in partnership meetings and maintain updated records of all partnership activities.

Essential skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in partnership development, community outreach, and/or program coordination.

- Attention to detail, highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple relationships.

- Understanding of Non-Profit operations and interest in education, social justice and youth empowerment.

Commitment:

- Minimum commitment: 6 months.

- Expected workload: 5-6 hours per week, though actual time may vary depending on team workload and ongoing projects.
