Volunteer Opportunity: Delano Beer Stand - July 5, 2025 (8 PM-Midnight)
Support Rock from the Heart while enjoying the energy of one of Delano’s busiest summer nights!
We’re looking for volunteers to help run the Delano Beer Stand on Saturday, July 5 from 8:00 PM to Midnight. It’s a fun, fast-paced environment where you’ll be part of the action leading up to the big Delano Fireworks show on Sunday.
Perk: Volunteers receive 4 drink tickets to use the next day (Sunday, July 6) during the Delano fireworks celebration!
Must be 18 or older to volunteer in any role involving alcohol.
Volunteer Roles Needed:Grandstand Workers (2 people)
Check IDs
Sell drink tickets
Serve drinks
Ticket Sellers/ID Checkers (4 people)
Check IDs
Sell drink tickets at designated stations
Beer Pourers (2 people)
Pour beer into cups for service
Can Drink Pourers (2 people)
Open and pour drinks like White Claw, Mike’s, etc.
Order Fillers/Wristband Checkers (12 people)
Check wristbands before serving
Fill drink orders as requested
