Volunteer Opportunity: Secretary Needed for FCCP
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in your community?

Find Community Connection Project (FCCP) is seeking a Volunteer Secretary to support our nonprofit's operations by helping keep our meetings and communications on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take detailed and accurate meeting minutes during team meetings

  • Distribute meeting notes to the team in a timely manner

  • Maintain organized digital files of all meeting records and important documents

  • Help prepare meeting agendas in coordination with the Executive Director

  • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups from meetings

  • Assist with internal communication and scheduling

  • Support with basic administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable using Google Docs, Zoom, and email

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay organized

Location: Hybrid (Some meetings in Brooklyn, NY, New Jersey+ Virtual)
Time Commitment: 10-20 hours per week (flexible)
