Collaborate with CERAD leadership and program teams to develop and refine comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's mission, values, and programmatic needs. This includes identifying fundraising goals, target audiences, and appropriate fundraising methods.
Assist in identifying potential donors (individuals, corporations, foundations), developing compelling communication materials, and supporting efforts to cultivate and steward donor relationships. This may involve research, drafting proposals, and assisting with donor correspondence.
Contribute to the development of high-quality grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and other funding organizations. This may include conducting research, drafting sections of proposals, and ensuring alignment with donor guidelines.
Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, both online and potentially in-person (if feasible). This may include logistical support, volunteer coordination, and promotion.
Assist in maintaining accurate donor records, tracking fundraising progress, and generating reports on fundraising activities and outcomes.
Proactively research potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donors, and provide recommendations to CERAD leadership.
