Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.

Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

Our mission is to teach SEL at every school in the country. It is a tough challenge, but we know "No Challenge, No Change." Responsibilities:

  • Focus and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely completion of research assignments.
  • Collaborate with teams from different departments to gather information and insights for research projects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Resilience's business to effectively analyze customer behavior and market trends relevant to the company's industry.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges related to data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and provide recommendations for resolving identified issues.
  • Research, fact-check, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to identify patterns, trends, and insights within the collected data.
  • Communicate research findings through clear and concise presentations, reports, and written documentation.
  • Utilize technology tools and software to conduct research, perform data analytics, modeling, and predictive analysis, as well as enhance productivity in research-related tasks.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Demonstrated research skills, including fact-checking, validation of data sources, and ensuring accuracy in research findings.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to extract value from data and interpret its implications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills to effectively convey research findings and insights.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various research, data analytics, and modeling tools, as well as business productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, building relationships with colleagues from different departments.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines.
