Do you want to make a direct impact in someone's life?

Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking compassionate, caring, emphathetic, and depenable volunteers to work directly with hospice clients in their homes. Volunteers will provide client support services that contribute to the quality of life for clients and their families, such as respite, companionship, preparing meals or snacks, engaging the clients in hobbies and/or light chores such as dog walking or shopping.

If you are compassionate, warm hearted and dedicated to service others, this is an excellent role for retired people or those who just love to serve, or looking to gain experience in medical or spritual care.

Our volunteers play avital role in our hospice program. From working in the office, to creating special projects at home, to visiting to provide companionship and ease loneliness, Good Shepherd Hospice Volunteers make special moments happen again and again for the patients and families we serve.

Our History - 25 Years of Comforting and Serving

Good Shepherd Hospice opened it's first office in Oklahoma City in 1995. We now have a regional presence serving Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Missouri. Along the way, we've touched the lives of more than 20,000 patients, and shepherded 50,000 + family members through their time of need. Every member of our team receives comprehensive, ongoing training. We are Medicare Certified and State Licensed.
