We are looking for an HR Admin/Recruiter, to handle the following responsibilities:
- Screening telephone calls, scheduling interviews and conducting research to locate potential job candidates
- Searching resumes and assisting with planning new employee orientations
- Compiling materials and maintaining employee database records
- Support with development of HR policies and guidelines
This position will serve at the direction of the HR Team Lead
We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:
1) Integrity, commitment, tact, passion and diligence
2) Able to work with teams and independently
3) Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
4) Willing to learn and grow
Experience / Skills
1) 1-3 years experience working as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, Coordinator or Administrator is considered an asset especially as a Volunteer
2) Previous experience dealing with people, clients or customers
