Hope Clinic serves hot meals 6 nights per week out of our commercial kitchen. To keep everything in working order, the grease traps (2 of them) need to be cleaned on a monthly basis. It is a smelly job, but extremely important!

- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
- Must be at least 12

- Please bring the following equipment: rubber gloves (recommended), disposable dish rags, 55-gallon trash bags. This job also requires a colleague who can lift around 50 lbs. over their shoulder to be able to throw the waste in the dumpster.
