We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will support the Operations Executive and contribute to successfully executing various programmatic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication on their behalf.
- Coordination: Assist in the planning, corresponding, and executing various projects, programs, and initiatives to ensure they align with Synergee's mission and goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records, prepare reports, and assist in creating program-related documentation.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.
- Logistical Support: Coordinating logistical aspects of events, meetings, and program-related activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or program support.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
