Mission Statement
OneSynergee is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing community-based sustainability solutions across the Global South. Our volunteers work in cross-functional teams to support programs related to local resilience. Our process is simple: after signing up through VolunteerMatch, you’ll receive a link to our WhatsApp community. From there, you’ll be welcomed by our onboarding team, who will help set up your volunteer email and introduce you to a team lead based on your interests and skills. We’re a distributed, international network of volunteers working across time zones, so our pace is human, not automated. We value transparency, collaboration, and care in everything we do. At OneSynergee, people aren’t just part of the process, we are the process. We’re grateful to those who join in good faith to build something meaningful with us.
