Minis With A Mission (MWAM) is growing fast and is seeking a passionate individual to lead our fundraising initiatives and cultivate relationships with donors. We mostly support communities in the North Shore Boston area. This volunteer position is ideal for someone that appreciates rescued mini horses and donkeys and wants to make a meaningful impact in our communities by connecting hands, hearts and hoofs. In this role, you will collaborate with MWAM Board Members and have the support of volunteers to develop and execute on fundraising strategies to:

• build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring effective stewardship and engagement.
• obtain corporate partnerships (we have a few in our back pocket to pursue).
• plan and execute fundraising/digital campaigns to raise awareness and drive donations.
• ensure accurate tracking and reporting of donations, including recognition of donors and management of donor data. We have systems in place.
